SCOPE OF THIS CHAPTER

The Children and Families Act 2014 makes specific provision in relation to children and young people aged 0-25 with Special Educational Needs or disabilities. This procedure concentrates on ‘young people’ (for the purposes of the Act, aged 16-25) and transitions between children’s services and adult services.
